[A "demise" by John Dyer, Henry Hall, and Christopher Mannering to plaintiff and Roger Norwood (late of Great Torrington (Devon) deceased), of the "impost" of said wines landed in Barnstaple, Anthony Hony, grant of the impost by the Earl to Robert Kitchen and William Newce, late of Bristow, merchants, and a grant of the impost by the Crown to Sir Christopher Hatton, and by him to Peter Haughton, are mentioned].
