Description

Short title: Tenants of Barnsley-cum-Dodworth v Morley.

Plaintiff(s): Her Majesty's tenants of the manor of Barnsley-cum-Dodworth (Yorkshire).

Defendant(s): John Morley, collector of Her Majesty's rents and revenues of Her said manor, and his deputy and deputies.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Barnsley-cum-Dodworth (Yorkshire), parcel of the late monastery of St John the Evangelist, in Pontefract (Yorkshire). Touching the execution of the office of bailiwick of such manor by defendants.
