Description

Short title: Dale v Pearson.

Plaintiff(s): Matthew Dale.

Defendant(s): Henry Pearson, Nicholas Shields.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and lands in Rosdale; touching a lease of same by the Earl of Warwick, and a mortgage of them alleged to have been made by John Shields to Richard Smith, of Worletby (Lincolnshire). [The names of William and Ann Pearson are mentioned].
