Short title: Attorney General v Marflett.
Plaintiff(s): Attorney General followed on by Hugh Robson and George Robson.
Defendant(s): William Marflett, Cuthbert Chilton.
Subject of depositions: Lands in "Pickering Lithe" upon the west side, called "Fareworth" others called "Michelhead" and "Saltergate Bothom" a wood on the west side of Lockton, and the commons there; whether belonging to Lockton lordship, parcel of the duchy of Lancaster. Metes and bounds. Alleged encroachment on the commons. [The names of Sir Richard Chalmley, Mr Metham, Bryan Boyes, and former suits on same complaint, are mentioned].
