Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Hewlington (Denbighshire) called the 14 acres, and the "Ridley Wood" late of John Yardley (plaintiff's father); whether left in trust to Alice his wife, Sir George Calveley, kt, Thomas Calcot, gent, and others of his friends, to be sold for the payment of his debts, and sold by them to defendant Roydon without any condition of "redemption. ".
County/place: Denbighshire.
Date of commission: 30 April 1597.
