Description

Short title: Walker v Higginson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Walker (son of Morrice Walker, deceased).

Defendant(s): Robert Higginson and his wife Johan, Thomas Barker and his wife Christian, Christopher Randall and Ann his wife.

Subject of depositions: A tenement in Longdon, "sometime called Cowper's tenement" and lands called "Webb Field "and "Eves Land" and a moore lying near "Hampton Park" parcel of the manor of Knoll (Warwickshire); whether such lands are "free lands." Customs of manor. [Richard Walker, John Walker, William Walker, sons of Morrice Walker, are mentioned].
