Description

Short title: Attorney General v Vaughan.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General, by information of intrusion.

Defendant(s): Morgan Vaughan, Hugh ap David ap Hugh, John Williams, Fulk Vaughan, Robert ap David, and his wife Helen, John ap David ap Jevan.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Dynhengroen, in the lordship of Denbigh, lying near a house called "yr Hen Skybir" and other lands called "y Wean gelyn" situate in the township of Serior, in the commote of Istulas. [The names of Griffith ap David, William Griffith ap David, John Griffith, Edward Griffith, Griffith Vaughan, Charles, Wednester, Robert late Earl of Leicester, Thomas Owen, sergeant-at-lawes, and after one of the Justices of the Common Pleas at Westminster, Dymocke, Rees ap David ap Hoell, are mentioned].

County/place: Denbighshire.
