Description

Short title: Bunsan v Gurnell.

Plaintiff(s): Arthur Bunsan, Her Majesty's farmer.

Defendant(s): John Gurnell, John Lees, Paul Taylor.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Darleton (Nottinghamshire). "Lease or custody" of same taken by defendants of the crown to the alleged injury of the former tenants. [The prebends of Dunham in the collegiate church of Southwell (Nottinghamshire), and Alice, Simon, Thomas, and Richard Reyner, are mentioned].

County/place: Nottinghamshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1597.
