Description

Short title: Symonds v Sheldon.

Plaintiff(s): William Symonds, Lionel Croft, William Dysson alias Cogbill, Simon Riley, William Walker. Thomas Baldwin, and others.

Defendant(s): Ralph Sheldon.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Braills (Warwickshire), lately in the possession of Edward Fynes, Lord Clinton and Say, and Mr Wimbush. Customs of manor.

County/place: Warwickshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1597.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 7 April 1597 at Thripston-on-Stower.
