Description

Short title: Marshall v Bradwell.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Marshall.

Defendant(s): William Bradwell and his wife Theodosia, late the wife of Sir Thomas Manners, deceased.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the parsonage of Farndon alias Farneton, and the tithes (Nottinghamshire), leased by Sir Thomas Manners, deceased, to plaintiff about the year 33 Eliz for 10 years, at a rent of £58 13s 4d per annum. [Roger Manners is mentioned].

County/place: Nottinghamshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1597.
