Description

Short title: Blunt v Cassemore.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Christopher Blunt, and his wife the Rt Hon Lady Lettice Countess of Leicester.

Defendant(s): Henry Cassemore.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands called "Bradrock Marsh ", "Smith's Tenement ", "Smith's Leyton ", "Dale Meadow" a "Plow Place" in the tenure of Christopher Hatton, "Hunt's Tenement" a close in the tenure of Henry Fisher, "Hunt's Grove ", "Gorstie Field ", "Withie Close ", "Hunt's Meadow ", "Hunt's Field ", "Brome Field ", "Lea Field" in the manors of Barston and Balsall (Warwick) Metes and bounds of such manors. Customs of the manors. [Richard Cassemore, deceased (defendant's father), and his wife Agnes, are mentioned].
