Description

Short title: Wynn v Salesbury.

Plaintiff(s): Owen Wynn.

Defendant(s): John Salesbury, Robert Salesbury, Thomas Owen, John Lewes, clerk, Geoffrey ap David ap Tuder.

Subject of depositions: Her Majesty's corne mills and meadows belonging to the manor of Trefrywe (Caernarfonshire), and the ways and passages therefrom through the Fords called "Rhyd Kynthylan" and "Rhydy Derwen" over the lands called "Kylgweledir" and "Cae Meriog" and thence to the highway to Llanrwst (Denbighshire). Touching the "fishing of Conwey" and defendants house called "y Place Issa" and other his lands late of Gwenhogvar, his grandmother, and his farms called Trefrywe and "Llanrwste." Alleged interruption to fishing and injury to fish in Conwey Water. [The possessions of John Holland (temp. Hen VIII), Gwen and Ellen Salusbury, Elice Price, D.C.L. Sir David Owen, Griffith Wynn, and Catherine Lloyd, are mentioned].
