Brome, knight (plaintiff's father), fee farmer to Queen Elizabeth by Letters Patent of the manor of Hedington, and the hundreds of Bullingdon and Northgate, at a yearly rent of £40. Phillip Rondell, principal of Harthall, and Henry Toldervey, of the city of Oxford, are mentioned].
