Description

Short title: Brimston v Harrington.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Brimston.

Defendant(s): John Harrington, Richard Evington.

Subject of depositions: "A certain place" called Wickham Grange (Lincolnshire), parcel of the late priory of Spalding (Lincolnshire). Touching payment to the bailiff of Spalding of toll for the passage of cattle over places called "Cowhurne" and "Peasome" and Spalding Bridge. Common of pasture. Right of way.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 30 June 1596.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 August 1596 at Bury.
