Description

Short title: Warner v North.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Warner.

Defendant(s): Sir Henry North, kt, Thomas Cabeck.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Mildenhall (Suffolk). Whether Robert Clarke, late of Mildenhall (Suffolk), yeoman, deceased, occupied the Site of the manor or grange of Mildenhall, by a lease made to Robert Clarke his father, by the late abbey of Bury St Edmunds (Suffolk), and whether Robert Clarke (the son) enjoyed the tithes of corn in "Mundesfeld" and "Cottonfeld" by virtue of such lease. [Robert Waller, clerk, vicar of Mildenhall, is mentioned].
