Alleged collusion of defendants to destroy the interest of the plaintiffs, who are tenants of the manor. [The names of Richard Comberford, Thomas Everett, and John Dassett, former tenants of the manor, Edward Marshall, John Springfield, William Medbourne, and John Mawby, are mentioned].
