Description

Short title: Loveday v Skernynge.

Plaintiff(s): William Loveday.

Defendant(s): Edmond Skernynge, Ezecheas Skernynge.

Subject of depositions: Mortgage of a lease of a messuage in Wolvey (Warwickshire), made by plaintiff to defendant Edmond. [The possessions of Samuel Marrow, and a lease of such lands made by the Dean and Chapter of the late College of Astley, to William Gardiner, are mentioned].
