Description

Short title: Walker v Higgenson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Walker, son of Maurice Walker.

Defendant(s): Robert Higgenson and his wife Joan, Thomas Barker and his wife Christian, Christopher Randall and his wife Ann.

Subject of depositions: Tenements in Longdon (Warwickshire), called "Evesland" and "Webb Field" and a moor near Hampton Park, parcel of the manor of Knoll (Warwickshire). Customs of manor.

County/place: Warwickshire.

Date of commission: 29 June 1596.
