Subject of depositions: Late dissolved college of St John, in Beverley (Yorkshire). Whether the manor of South Dalton belonged to the college. Tithes. Whether the premises were granted by Edward VI to Francis Aslabie and descended to his son Ralph Aslabie, and then to Ursula, wife of Marmaduke Cholmeley, and were assured by them by fine to John Leeke, Richard Leeke, and Matthew Levitt, and whether by partition among John, Richard, and Matthew, a moiety of such manor came into defendant's possession, and is free from the payment of tithes.

Date of commission: 24 May 1596.
