Description

Short title: Wentworth v Woodford.

Plaintiff(s): Helen Wentworth (widow of Paul Wentworth), farmer to the Queen, of the site and demesnes of the monastery of Burnham.

Defendant(s): Robert Woodford (son of James Woodford), Katherine Woodford.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Burnham and Sippenham, the commons belonging, and ground there called "Abbes Park "; whether the ground is parcel of the commons or of the demesnes of the manor. Metes and bounds. Right of common. Waste and spoil of woods. Survey.

County/place: Buckinghamshire.

Date of commission: 24 May 1596.
