Description

Short title: Brymston v Harrington.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Brymston, bailiff of Her Majesty manor of Spalding.

Defendant(s): John Harrington, Richard Evington.

Subject of depositions: Grange or farm of Wickham; whether it is parcel of the manor of Spalding. Encroachment on common. Alleged interference with right of way from the farm over a place called "Surfleet Sea End" to "Peasomes" on to the sea-bank leading to Weston Town, and from Surfleet to Cowhurne over Wickham Marshes to Weston.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 22 May 1596.
