Description

Short title: Smith v Hartley.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Smith.

Defendant(s): Ralph Hartley, Edward Bell, Thomas Foster, Ralph Foster.

Subject of depositions: Two mills called "St Neot's Mills" in the parish of St Neots, and one mill called "Okestubb Mill" in the parish of Little Paxton (Huntingdonshire), and a pasture called "The Homes" lying between the mills. Alleged intrusion of defendants upon "The Homes." Right of way. Touching a former suit.

County/place: Huntingdonshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1595.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2, 3 and 8 October 1595 at St Ncots and Little Paxton.
