Description

Short title: Hawkes v Kightley.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Hawkes alias Webster, the Queen's Majesty's farmer of certain lands in Bengworth (Worcestershire).

Defendant(s): Bartholomew Kightley.

Subject of depositions: Lease of the manor of Bengeworth (Worcestershire), made to Anthony Rotsey; what repairs, will have to be made in the manor, and what have been made, according to the covenants of the lease; their value, since the granting of the lease. Rent-roll, to be made.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 26 May 1595.
