Plaintiff(s): Thomas Drayton, William Trevelyan, John Pyterde, John Hodges, Robert Isaack, John Butler, tenants of the manor of Kingsbury (Somerset).

Defendant(s): Edward Rogers, John Stokes, John Luckock.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Kingsbury, and the wastes and commons adjoining; whether parcel of thebishoprick of Bath and Wells (Somerset). Metes and bounds. Right of common. Customs of Manor. Survey. [The possessions of Sir Edward Rogers and Sir George Rogers are mentioned].
