Subject of depositions: Right and title to "a parcel of ground called y bagh glas" in the township of "Vedwaren" or Strevellin, in Penllin (Merionethshire), and "a gavel" of lands called "y vedow arian;" whether the parcel of groundis part of the "gavel." Metes and bounds. Survey. [A grant by Crown, 30 September 37 Eliz, of "extent and demesne lands" in the commote of Penllin (Merionethshire) to Henry Astell, and conveyed by him to Thomas Powell, Howell Vaughan, and Robert Vaughan (plaintiff's father), are mentioned].
