Defendant(s): William Magick alias Madgycke alias Madgewick, John Pytt, John Cowper.
Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in East, West, and South Harting (Sussex), in the occupation of Richard Brewman, Thomas Gosseden, John Brushant, John Clothier, John Shallett, and Henry Shallett; whether they have been reputed the church lands of South Harting; whether given for "superstitious uses." Touching an injunction out of the Court of Exchequer (35 Eliz) against said defendants about the lands. Value, of the lands.
