Description

Short title: Baker v Mannock.

Plaintiff(s): Peter Baker.

Defendant(s): William Mannock, Thomas Mannock, Robert Milles, John Barker, William Colman, William Twittye.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of the manor of Shardelowes, in Stoke Naylond (Suffolk), parcel of the late monastery of Horkesley (Essex), and the tithes of the manor of Bachons, in Stoke Naylond (Suffolk), parcel of the late abbey of Colchester (Essex). [Mr. Daniel, Vicar Cotes, John Abbs, Mr Barker, farmers to the Crown of such tithes, and Stephen Lillye, Anthony Fuller, William Wheler, Francis Mannock (owner of the rectory of Stoke Naylond), farmer of the tithes to Mr Barker, the tithes of the lands of James Balls and John Payne, William Cutting, farmer to Sir -- Bell, owner of the rectory, are mentioned].
