Plaintiff(s): William Baldwin.
Defendant(s): Thomas Stedman, David Nicholas.
Subject of depositions: Townships of Kinnerton and Ritton (Shropshire), a pasture called Ritton Marsh, Hoggestow Forest, and grounds therein, called "Overheath" and "Nether Heath" the said marsh once in the occupation of Ralph Leighton and Richard Lacon, by lease from the abbey of Byldwas, after in the tenure of Edward Lewes, and since leased by Edward Grey. "Right of way" over the marsh to and from Shelve, and the towns of Minsterley, Cherbury, Bishop's Castle, Ludlow, and Bridgnorth. Metes and bounds. Encroachment on common. Common of pasture. [The possessions of Edward Lord Stafford and Ursula his wife, William Stedman and Edward Stedman, are mentioned].
