Description

Short title: Pratt v Metcalf.

Plaintiff(s): John Pratt, son of Thomas Pratt.

Defendant(s): Reynold Metcalf, Peter Metcalf.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a farmhold and a meadow called Bulhaw, in Gale, in Wenslaydale, parcel of the lordship of Midlam (Yorkshire). Customs of manor. [William Metcalf, late of Gale, Mabell his wife, and Isabell Pratt his daughter (mother of plaintiff), Richard Metcalf, Bryan Ward, Richard Wynne "Earl of Northumberland, steward of Richmondshire" are mentioned].
