Description

Short title: ap Morgan v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas ap Morgan, William ap Morgan.

Defendant(s): William Williams.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a tenement in the town of Dinorwick (Caernarfonshire), called "Tythin Hoell ap Mered" (paying a rent to the Crown of 9s 4d), and a lease of the town taken by Thomas Williams (defendant's father), and money, alleged to have been lent to said Thomas by Morgan ap Mores (plaintiffs' father) towards the taking of the lease. Customs. [The names of Mereredith ap David ap Jevan, a lease of the township to one Webb, tempore Henry VIII. Alice verch Williams (widow of plaintiff's father), Agnes verch Williams, John ap Morgan (plaintiff's brother), are mentioned.] Customs of Carnarvon touchng inheritance, etc.
