Description

Short title: Higgins v Wright.

Plaintiff(s): Humphrey Higgins, and Elizabeth his wife.

Defendant(s): Randolph Wright.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the parsonage of Purley (Berkshire), parcel of the late dissolved college of St Edmond, of New Sarisbury (Wiltshire), granted by Letters Patent, dated about the year 23 Eliz, to William Stoning (brother to plaintiff Elizabeth) for 21 years, and another granted to plaintiff Elizabeth and Thomas William and Anne Stoning. [Former suits are mentioned].

County/place: Berkshire; Wiltshire.
