Description

Short title: Knivett v Warnford.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Knivett.

Defendant(s): John Warnford.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Cloteley, in the parish of Hankerton, and the manors of Charlton and Myntie (Wilts and Gloucester), and the commons and wastes belonging, and the waste called the common of Bradon, and a pasture called "Woborne" and the abbey of Malmesbury (Wiltshire), and the manors of Brinksworth and Brokenboro'. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Customs of manors. Right of common of estovers.
