Description

Short title: Kingston v Wickens.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Kingston, son of Henry Kingston, and Frances his wife, lately wife of Richard Bradford, the younger, otherwise called Butler, and William Bradford, son of Richard and Frances.

Defendant(s): William Wickens (son of Susan Wickens, and nephew of John Wickens).

Subject of depositions: Farm called Stoke Brewern (Northamptonshire), and a close, being parcel of the farm, called "The Wounge" a close in the parish of Blisworth (Northamptonshire), and the manor of Stoke Brewern. [Roger Bradford, father of Richd. the younger, Alice, wife of Richard Bradford, the elder, grandfather of Richard, the younger, Susan Bradford, daughter of Alice, Henry Wickens, grandfather of defendant, and Edmund Knightley, lord of the manor of Stoke Brewern, are mentioned].

County/place: Northamptonshire.
