Defendant(s): Lancelot Waller, Thomas Lovell, and others.
Subject of depositions: Right and title to a piece of ground without the walls of York, parcel of the late monastery of St Mary there; whether the ground is within the bounds of the forest of Galtres, and the manor of Skelton. Metes and bounds. [The church of Skelton; the possessions of the "treasorie of `Alne,' parcel of St Peter's, York" and Phillip Lovell (defendant's grandfather), are mentioned].
