Description

Short title: Preeste v Bevile.

Plaintiff(s): Lawrence Preeste, Simon Martin.

Defendant(s): Richard Bevile.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Cotesfield, in the parish of St Andrew, in Whittlesey (Cambridgeshire), parcel of the manor of Whittlesey (Cambridgeshire). Customs of manor. [The names of Thomas Preeste, John Preeste,John Osty, Evan Wilkinson, Richard Biddell, steward of said manor, William Colles, Richard Worme, and Mr Castell, deputy stewards, are mentioned].
