Description

Short title: Heyton v Harrison.

Plaintiff(s): John Heyton, on behalf of the Crown.

Defendant(s): Robert Harrison, Richard Harrison.

Subject of depositions: Lands, in Belchford, Dunnington, and Golsebie (Lincolnshire), parcel of the late monastery of St Katherine, without the walls of Lincoln City. Touching the payment of rents for the lands, etc. [The possessions of Lord Darcy and of the duchy of Lancaster are mentioned].

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 15 November 1594.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 January 1595 at Horncastle.
