Description

Short title: Baldwin v Stedman.

Plaintiff(s): William Baldwin.

Defendant(s): Thomas Stedman, son of William Stedman, David Nicholas.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Kinnerton and Ritton (Shropshire), ground called Ritton Marsh, a forest called Hoggestowe Forest, and the township of Shelve (Shropshire). Metes and bounds. Right of common of pasture. [A lease of Ritton Manor and Marsh by Daniel Rogers to plaintiff Henry, late Lord Stafford, his wife Lady Ursula, Sir Henry Stafford, kt, their eldest son, and Edward Stedman, are mentioned].

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 23 November 1594.
