Short title: Preest v Bevile.

Plaintiff(s): Lawrence Preest, Simon Marten.

Defendant(s): Richard Bevile.

Subject of depositions: Three acres of land lying in Cotesfield, in the manor of Wittlesey St Andrew, in Wittlesley parish, lately in the occupation of Thomas Preest and John Preest his son.
