Description

Short title: Fulham v Goodman.

Plaintiff(s): John Fulham, Thomas Blunt.

Defendant(s): Agnes Goodman, William Goodman, son of Richard Goodman, and grandson of Thomas Goodman.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to land called "the Low Graves" in Hope, lately in possession of Mr Gibbes, John Wall, and Richard Wall. Metes and bounds.Customs of the manor of Leominster (Herefordshire). [John Sucker and William Aprice are mentioned].

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1594.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 3 February 1595 at Hope-under-Dynmore.
