Short title: Egerton v Rishworth.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Egerton, esq, late Attorney General, upon the relation of William Ball.

Defendant(s): Robert Rishworth, William Currer, Anthony Walker, John Oldfield, Robert Wade, Stephen Frank.

Subject of depositions: Pasonage of Bingley (Yorkshire), a messuage called East Riddlesdon Hall, and the demesne in Bingley, and formerly belonging to Walter Paslow, Marley Hall, and lands in Marley in the parish, lately in occupation of Walter, and formerly of George Paslow, Robert Dobson, William Currer, Arthur Currer, Mr Wales, lands called Gaythorp, in Presthorp or Micklethwayt, lands called Helwick, lands in Gilstead, in possession of John Rogerson, John Leach, and Thomas Walker, and lands in parish of Bingley (Yorkshire), belonging to the late priory of Drax (Yorkshire).
