Description

Short title: Carowdyne v Bromwiche.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Carowdyne alias Carwardyne alias Caradine.

Defendant(s): James Bromwiche, servant to the Earl of Essex.

Subject of depositions: Leases of the "farmhouse called the Free Town, in the parish of Stoke Edith (Herefordshire)." Isabel Lyngen, sometime wife of John Lyngen, and Jane their daughter (now wife of William Shelley), Roger Mayo, late farmer of the farm under Isabel, William, and Jane Shelley, William Mayo (son of Roger), Savaker Whoper, John Bennet, Anne, wife of Roger Mayo, Elizabeth Hannys, and Johan Savaker, are mentioned.
