Description

Short title: Seymour v Brayne.

Plaintiff(s): John Seymour, of Frampton Cottrell (Gloucestershire).

Defendant(s): Thomas Brayne, William Brayne.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Little Dean (Gloucestershire), in the tenure of Alice Argell, Thomas Drinkwater, Rowland Heane, Richard Dorney, Sir William Ipsley, Katherine Brown, John Price alias Corson. Whether parcel of the church land of Little Deane, belonging to St Mary-Service there. Whether the lands are "concealed" from the Crown.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 6 June 1594.
