Defendant(s): Henry Wodrington, Benjamin Wodrington.
Subject of depositions: Moor called Colwell Moor, near Bingfield (Northumberland), parcel of the late dissolved monastery of Hextildesham alias Hexham (Northumberland). Encroachment on the common. Right of common of the inhabitants of Bengfield on said moor.
County/place: Northumberland.
Date of commission: 19 June 1594.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 July 1594 at Newcastle.
