Description

Short title: Wade v Bowier.

Plaintiff(s): Roger Wade, clerk, parson of the parish church of Chilton (Somerset).

Defendant(s): John Bowier.

Subject of depositions: Grounds belonging to defendant, called "Beare" lying in the tything or village of Edenstoke alias Edgstock (Somerset), and the parsonage of Chilton (Somerset). Tithes.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 19 June 1594.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 September 1594 at Bridgwater.
