Description

Short title: Revell v Price.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Revell.

Defendant(s): David Price.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Conwelgaio, formerly leased by the Crown to Robert Purcell (Carmarthenshire). Right and title to fishing weirs on the river of Tyvie (Pembrokeshire) out of the possession of which plaintiff complains that defendant has unjustly expelled him. Touching places of fishing called "Pooks" upon same river, parcel of the lordship of Kilgarron (Pembrokeshire), parcel of the possessions of Jasper, late Duke of Bedford. Whether the weirs were let with the parsonage or by themselves? Repair of weirs. Value of rectory.

Date of commission: 19 June 1594.
