Description

Short title: Mayor of Gloucester v Barston.

Plaintiff(s): Mayor and burgesses of Gloucester.

Defendant(s): Edward Barston, William Nurth, Walter Young.

Subject of depositions: Alleged misdemeanors of defendants as deputy customers of the port of Gloucester, in receiving "extraordinary fees ", "private trading ", "concealment of customs" etc. Portdues. Execution of the office. Survey.
