Description

Short title: Newton v Waterman.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Newton.

Defendant(s): Thomas Waterman, Anthony Waterman, Robert Waterman.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Cotherston and Lyrtington (Yorkshire). Touching the herbage of grounds called "Pecknell" in Cotherston Manor. Woods of the manor.
