Description

Short title: Cornwallis v Richards.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Cornwallis.

Defendant(s): William Richards.

Subject of depositions: Park in the parish of Stokeclymsland, called Carrybullok Park, parcel of the manor of Stokeclymsland (Cornwall), and certain mills, namely a crase mill, whether mills are separate from the park, and the customarymills of such manor. Right of way through the manor. Customs of manor. [Robert Benny, Sir Arthur Champernown, Robert Hart, and the Duke of Cornwall, possessors of the premises, are mentioned].
