Short title: Williams v Atkinson.

Plaintiff(s): John Williams.

Defendant(s): John Atkinson.

Subject of depositions: Statutes, bonds, bills of debt, leases, or other conveyances made by John Williams unto Leonard Potts, late of Longdiche, in the city of Westminster; leases made by John Williams, one to John Webb, of Exeter, of a barton and mills in the parish of Harford; another of a tenement called Ford, and lands in Ugborough. [Mary the wife of John Williams, and Peter Hyde, of Berry Pomeroy (Devon), under-sheriff of Devon to Lord Seymour, are mentioned].
