Description

Short title: Brewster v Woodhouse.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Brewster, Thomas Felton, on behalf of the Queen.

Defendant(s): Francis Woodhouse of Breckles (Norfolk).

Subject of depositions: Woods of "Marten ", "Wayland ", "Banwell" and "Baynards" (Norfolk), once belonging to Robert de Gray, of Marten (Norfolk), sold by the present Queen to plaintiffs; touching the re-sale, felling, and extent of the woods. [William Huckerby and John Croche are mentioned].

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 28 November 1593.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 January 1594 at Wymondham.
